Overall very easy to sell my laptop. A delivery man arrived with a box for me to put my laptop in free of charge as I didn't have any packaging to do so and sent it off to get inspected. After a day I got a reply with an estimated value of my laptop. Originally it was meant to be £200 but they found a fault with the power key and lowered it to £130. After I disputed this being an issue as I had never had a problem with any of the keys they bumped up the price to £165 as they were aware that this is a manufacturer problem not one caused by me.
