“Beautiful fairy necklace . I have bought just the pendent before - absolutely unique and perfect gift . It’s a shame that only pendants are not done anymore . Also the necklace the way it was packed - smees like it was rushed . The necklace was out of the box , the whole thing just fell off . I know I have not paid for gift wrapping and both times -there is a big difference in the way it was sent .”

At the UK Jewellery Awards when Molly Brown was a Finalist as UK Jewellery Brand of the Year, our packaging was described as 'some of the best in the industry' and so we pride ourselves on our luxury gift wrap which is provided with every purchase. We carefully place the jewellery in the gift box and do not tie the ribbons, because we appreciate that people will want to look at the jewllery before they give their gift. In this instance, it seems that the necklace must have fallen out of the box in transit and thankfully, as this is not in our control, we are pleased to report that this is a pretty rare occurance. Please be reassured that you do not have to pay for the Bespoke Gift Wrap Service as we provide all of the packaging free of charge for you to wrap the gift yourself and we really do take every care with all of our orders. “I thank Molly Brown for the lovely necklace that I bought and for their customer service. They tried very hard to help me with a parcel delivery, but unfortunately the problem is they use Yodel. Instead of a 24 hour delivery it ended up being delivered eight days later. Yodel managed to loose the package after the delivery person said he attempted to deliver, but in actual fact failed to even go to the Yodel delivery store. Molly Brown, thank you for your help.”

“Lovely bracelett for daughters 1st birthday gift but way to big for a 1 year old (chunky) baby which is a shame. Considering it’s named a christening bracelet. Not sure when it will fit her.”

“Pretty pendant for granddaughters christening. I knew the diamond would be small, however, even with magnifying glass, I can’t see the diamond. So somewhat disappointed with my purchase and would probably have chosen something else. I can’t comment on whether my granddaughter likes it, as I haven’t passed it on yet.”

The diamond is a 1pt genuine diamond and Molly Brown London is the only children's jewellery brand that uses 1pt diamonds in its collections, rather than diamond chips. The diamond is small however, it is a perfect size diamond for a child. The jewellery is simple but sophisticated and we believe that the sizing is perfect for little girls as well as teenagers. “Lovely honey bee bracelet for my grandaughter, i would have love the pink fairy on a bracelet that was not rigid, then she would have had matching necklace and bracelet.”

“Lovely little silver bracelet can be altered in size through larger links which is great. I'm sure my granddaughter will love it. This bracelet is very delicate much smaller than picture but it's pretty and a nice little keepsake”

“I purchased the birthstone necklace along with matching bracelet for my granddaughter for her Christening. I must say the I am somewhat disappointed with the necklace as the stone is so small it’s hardly worth having it. The stone in the bracelet is a better size. Having purchased Molly Brown jewellery for her sister I thought I’d buy the same but must admit was disappointed on this occasion.”

“Quick service, especially with engraving. I have to say I am somewhat disappointed in the color of the gold vermeil. It is very bright yellow. I wish I had gotten silver.”

“I was looking for a butterfly pendant for my daughter's 21st, and this one came up in Google ads. What wasn't clear though, when I clicked through, is that this is a children's jewellery site. I mean the model looked young but I assumed her to be a young adult. It was only when I checked my confirmation a few days later, I noticed it was for children. I guess it doesn't really matter - she likes the necklace, but perhaps the target market needs to be clearer on some pages. Besides, I wouldn't spend £65 on a necklace for a young child! Anyway, very pretty necklace, nice petite size pendant on a good quality chain.”

“I give MBL high marks in many areas. Your website was easy to navigate and filled w/ a beautiful assortment of jewelry. The necklace I ordered arrived faster than I thought possible in light of the distance involved. Your communications were friendly and customer oriented. The necklace I purchased for my granddaughter's 6th birthday is lovely w/ one exception. It is the small heart locket w/ her birthstone (citrine). The citrine mounted on the star is teeny tiny to the degree it is challenging to see the citrine. The extremely small size of the stone was not accurately represented on the website, either visually or in your description of the necklace components. Again, the necklace itself is beautiful but the size of the citrine is very disappointing. I would love to hear your thoughts b/c I don't feel I am being unreasonable in expecting a stone that can be seen and recognized. Thank you.”

“My 3 year old granddaughter was utterly delighted with the necklace. Although I agree with a previous reviewer that you do need a magnifying glass to see the Ruby. The locket is stiff to open but I think that’s a good thing so she doesn’t loose the photos from inside. All in all a lovely necklace.”

“Loved packaging and bangle was as seen x only thing I would say is that I’m Worried about discolouration as it’s pricy … Hoping it won’t !! That’s when I feel the value is poor !! But presentation wise it’s lovely :)”

We use state of the art jewellery engraving machines and the engraving needle is set to the deepest available in the industry, this is so the engraving is perfectly inscribed each time without variation.
