“I received the bracelet without the engraved name. I was looking forward to this beautiful COMPLETED bracelet. Disappointed! Ajanae was suppose to be engraved on the bracelet.”

“The order for the rounded cross necklace mb53-06 was perfect unfortunately this could not be said for the first pearl heart necklace as the chain was badly knotted had to spend considerable time removing knots as there was no time send it back was disappointed as this has never happened previously. George Kennedy.”

“Fast delivery and cute packaging, but I’m gutted the engraving wasn’t centred. It looks abit odd, but thats the only fault I have with it. All the other touches were lovely.”

“The jewelry was fine but I was not impressed by the packaging - rather dull pink boxes with BROWN TIES. Why? As an adult I find that unattractive, so really not suitable for children’s items”

“Lovely item of jewellery for my daughter's communion but I was a bit disappointed to be charged for delivery when it stated free UK delivery. On emailing to question this I was told that it was due to the fact that I stay in a 'remote' postcode. This is very surprising since I stay beside Glasgow, not exactly remote. When I emailed this response my email was not responded to 😠”

“Lovely little bracelet. However when it arrived it was filthy. I had to clean the engraving part out to actually be able to read what was engraved, wich considering the cost and that it was new is frustrating. Im glad i didnt pick the gift wrap option so i could check it myself, as id have been mortified to give it to someone in the state it was in. Delivery was quick.”

“The bracelet itself is beautiful no doubt about that, however it seemed scratched all over which I think could be from the personalisation. Also the packaging looked very hand made and scratched too. The written message is not straight and doesn’t look great either.”
