“The August Birthstone Bracelet-Peridot-is lovely and delicate and of very fine quality. It was beautifully packaged. My only concern was that I paid extra for International 2 day delivery, and it took 4 days to arrive. If not for that, I would've given a "Very Good" rating.”

“My order arrived quickly ( a day earlier than first suggested by them). It was well-packaged and came with gift bag and ribbon to wrap- although instructions of how to tie bow attractively would have helped.”

“was a great service Tbh however I ordered a bangle for a christening gift its not till (14th july) and never realised the diamonds set are for star signs so got the wrong one. wasn't very clear on website, so be careful when placing order. However impressed with service and quickness. just hope they don't search for the product and see i got the wrong star sign. maybe my fault either way feel disappointed i messed it up. Thanks molly brown of London”

“This is a beautiful necklace . Got as a confirmation gift for my granddaughter . A little different from usual crosses so thought she may wear it more . Delivery was very good . Mind you a couple days after ordering this necklace went in the sale which was a bit annoying .Would order from this site again”

“Very good service in terms of easy to navigate website and speedy delivery. However, the gift wrapping that arrived was slightly disappointing, as the boxes to put the bracelets in seem a little bit naff. Looked very pretty once I’d glued the bit where the ribbon pokes out from down, you wouldn’t even notice. Just wish I didn’t have to glue it to start with!! Bracelets were exactly as displayed in he image and look lovely”

We do not stamp the jewellery, we use top of the range industry engraving machines and have invested heavily in the optimisation of the engraving. We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size of the engraving. We have invested heavily with the engraving machine manufacturers, to ensure all the engravings have been 'optimised' for the space available, we have to be careful that loopy letters don't touch the edges of the jewellery etc. We very much hope this further information has helped to reassure you.
