“Jewellery is beautiful choice of delivery service a nightmare DPD .. was told it would be delivered tuesday for it to be delivered monday with no one home ..card said they would re try delivery following day tuesday which they didnt ...4 days of on the phone trying to get the parcels delivered when the app showed sitting at depot every morning . . Would purchase again as i love the Jewellery which is for my daughters communion the gripe isnt with molly brown but the delivery company”

“The bangle was beautiful although the box and packaging was so badly damaged I had to buy a new box to give it to my brand new granddaughter. You should change your courier. Thank you Neal.”

“The piece of jewellery was beautiful. The only issue I had was I ordered before 1pm (Wednesday) and paid for next day delivery but I didn't receive it the next day (Thursday) - it came on the Friday which was good enough as I needed it for the Saturday - DPD delivered when they said but it wasn't next day delivery from Molly Brown”

“Discovered Molly Brown on line while looking for a christening present for my Granddaughter Ordered a bracelet which will allow her to wear it as she grows Simple to order and arrived very promptly Delighted with the product and the engraving but echo a comment made by another reviewer that it is a shame that nothing comes with it to highlight that it is her first diamond Think the addition of a card to be enclosed was suggested which would be great as if it is not a first diamond does not need to be included”

“The necklace arrived promptly. The packaging is beautiful - perfect for gifts, with a pink box, a pink Molly Brown bag, and the necklace itself in a tiny pink mesh packet. The necklace is fine, as in calibre - it’s a very delicate, fragile chain - but extremely pretty and very gold. It might be too short for the neck of adults of healthy weight, but for girls and thin adults, it’s perfect. My only gripe is that I was promised a 10% off first purchase voucher, but I was not allowed to use it against this necklace, despite it being my first purchase, because the necklace was reduced by a few pounds. But I would highly recommend Molly Brown for delicate gifts for girls.”

“My Niece was very happy with the necklace. The customer service was good and it was nice to be able to call and talk to someone when the first payment didn’t go through properly but showed on my account.”
