“Great little necklace for my god daughter. The gift box came damaged but contacted customer services the same day and they dispatched a new one which came a couple of days later in pertinent condition. All in all very happy with the product and service. Thank you!”

“Wouldn’t buy again. Ordered online and package arrived so damaged that it was a miracle the bracelet I bought wasn’t damaged. Very disappointed as I had purchased as a gift”

Our customer care is extremely important to us and had we known your package had been damaged in transit, we would of course have replaced it immediately. If you would like us to send a new set of full brand packaging to you, please do let us know? Kind regards Molly Brown London

“This purchase was not the first from Molly Brown for us, each time we have been delighted with the product, packaging and professional manner of your business. We are now purchasing for our second granddaughter, As grandparents it is lovely to know we are leaving our girls with beautiful keepsakes which will last and perhaps be handed on to their own children. So Molly Brown even with the distance between us and the UK, we hope to continue the relationship . Cheers Rhonda”
