“The necklace I bought with a 14_16inch chain was too short ,I asked if I could return this but it was engraved with the letter m so they wouldn’t let me return it ,even though I would have bought another necklace with a longer chain very disappointed and will not be shopping with them again”

“Fabulous customer service (from Erica), speedy delivery, quality goods and a reasonable price. What more could I ask for? I bought their 18ct Gold Vermeil Heritage Christening Bangle for my Godson. Yes, for a boy! It's very gender-neutral and in my culture boys wear gold too. The gift wrapping was beautiful and added the final touches. I had it delivered to my Godson's house, and Molly Brown was kind enough to write a personal message. I will 100% be buying from Molly Brown again in the future and would highly recommend.”
