“Delivery was quick. Baby bangle for my granddaughters first birthday, sent directly to their address. They were delighted with it, said it was really pretty and good quality. Looked exactly as in picture.”

“Excellent service thanks. The ordering and delivery process was easy and went smoothly. The gift packaging is really nice and the bracelet I ordered was lovely and very delicate. I like the fact it adjusts to a very small size as my 21 year old has tiny wrists! The fact that the pearl setting is double sided means that the bracelet decoration is always the right way up.”

“She liked the bracelet, but i was VERY disappointed that it arrived with the gift wrap just tossed in, a copy of the bill!!! I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter's 13 Birthday in the US and was not happy that it arrived unwrapped! No billing info should have been included???”

Dear Marlene We are very pleased that your granddaughter was delighted with her jewellery. I have checked your order and the option to gift wrap your present was not selected, even though you were sending the gift directly to the gift recipient. The option is available as you checkout and we also offer the option of adding a personal gift message . When this option is selected, no paperwork is ever included in the parcel.
