“The cross was smaller than I thought it would be so a bit disappointed. Years ago I bought one of your child necklaces at Fortnum & Masons which truly was amazing. For the amount I paid, I thought it would be more substantial. I was left wondering if you have downgraded your stock over the years? That said, the sales assistant I spoke to by phone on the day of purchase was very helpful, the item arrived on time and it was in good condition. Thanks”

“The items I purchased were beautiful upon delivery. My 3 year old scratched the name bracelet almost immediately. (Same day) The engraving is not very deep and essentially the scratch wore away one of the letters. Shipping took forever and was not very accurate. Parcel was left in my mailbox despite wanting to sign for the package.”

Dear Caitlin, Your order was placed after the cut off on the 3rd, dispatched on the 4th, and delivered to you on the 9th. The service chosen was an Express delivery service which is then another 2-3 Business days after the date of dispatch for delivery, and we are pleased to confirm that your order was delivered on time. “Quick service, especially with engraving. I have to say I am somewhat disappointed in the color of the gold vermeil. It is very bright yellow. I wish I had gotten silver.”

“During the Royal Mail strike Molly Brown’s customer service went all out to resolve an issue I had with the mail not delivering a gift for my granddaughter’s Xmas. They reissued my item and sent it by DPD so that I received it in time for Xmas. The necklace is also beautiful. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Second to none”
