“I was purchasing a very last minute present I enquired if engraving would still be possible. Caroline came back to me so quickly and assured me it could be posted out with next day delivery. I had selected the wrong option for delivery so she also sent me a pay by link immediately. The bracelet arrived and it was perfect. Would highly recommend, amazing service and lovely quality jewellery.”

“Very fast service on the bracelet. Item arrived beautifully packaged and was a really special gift for my little girl. She wore it comfortably at the wedding all day and it fit securely enough to not fall off over her hand, (she's 11 months old).”

“I purchased a silver Cross for my god-daughter's 1st communion at short notice. I haven't seen the cross in person yet but my god-daughter loves it - so much so she days she never wants to take it off! More important than this though is the way customer services dealt with my bungled order - mixed up the billing address and deli ery address to create great confusion Caroline was on hand immediately to help me through the issue and organise a replacement to arrive with my god-daughter on her special day! I am assured the goods are eautiful and the customer service is excellent!!! Will definitely use them again, Thank you so much 😊”
