“I bought a necklace with an initial engraved ,the engraving was very poor i have had to have it redone ,i could not send it back as it was ordered with an initial.I was very disappointed.”

Dear Caroline We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the engraving. We use state of the art jewellery engraving machines used throughout the jewellery industry. We have worked closely with the engraving company and every piece of jewellery in the collections has been optimised by them to achieve the best engraving results. “I purchased a bracelet for my Goddaughter's Baptism and it just beautiful. It is so delicate but is made to last so will not break. The different clasps for fitting are ideal too as she can wear it as she gets older. The packaging is so pretty and gave that extra special touch. So happy with my purchase, will definitely be buying from Molly Brown again.”
