“The Christening bangle, with her name engraved into it (in italic font) was beautiful. Very good quality. No sharp edges. Would definitely recommend. My granddaughter is 21 months, and it fitted nicely with plenty of expansion to last several years yet. The packaging that is sent with the product enables you to put it all together as a beautifully presented gift.”

“l now have to pay £60 for somethinThe bracelet is very tiny and flimsy and it was too small for my wrist. When I attempted to return it I was refused due to it being personalised with the name mam on it. I argued that my son wilg I can't ware but I was still refused and told I could buy a bracket extension. SO... not only has my son paid £60 for a bracket that's worth probably £30 he now has to buy an extension so it will fit....”

Dear Lynn We are very disappointed that you have left this poor review. We are a children's jewellery brand and this is very clear from all the imagery all over the site. Whilst the jewellery will fit many adults and certainly well into adulthood, we cannot guarantee that the jewellery will fit all ladies wrists. The bracelet sizing is set out clearly on the website and we also provide a size guide to help customers when purchasing jewellery. Our policy not to offer a refund on jewellery that has been engraved as instructed is an industry wide policy. I am sorry we have been unable to help you further.
