“The necklace came all tangled up. We couldn’t manage to get it untangled so it ended up in the bin maybe instead of putting it loose in a bad you should put it in an actual necklace box and it won’t get tangled.”

Dear Lynne, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the necklace has been thrown away. All our jewellery is handpicked before being engraved to order. As part of our dispatch process, the engraving team gently polishes each item and places it in a protective plastic bag to ensure it arrives safely. In situations like this, our first course of action is to ask customers to contact us with clear photographs of the item and the issue so we can review and assist accordingly. “I ordered a birthstone bangle for my new granddaughter and was really impressed how lovely it was! The quality is fabulous and came promptly even with me having her name engraved on it! The package was well wrapped in the post with presentation wrapping enclosed ready for me to gift! I would definitely order from Molly Brown again 😊”
