The necklace is sweet but the locket is too small to put a picture in really and there's no keeper. Plus we didn't get a confirmation email so ended up reordering and 2 arriving and MB (very politely) saying I couldnt get a return and refund because they were personalised. Odd that i received all their marketing emails just no confirmation emails?!?
