“We live in Germany and we ordered some of your products as a present for a friend who lives in county Mayo. We filled in the order form, but we had difficulties with the post code. We were reluctant to ring our friend as it was supposed to be a surprise, so we rang your store. Sharon was very helpful; she even called us back. Our friend received the parcel less than a week later - no complaints!”
