“MoKee were brilliant with my order from start to finish. They kept me updated about delivery times, and sent me tracking information. I had one small issue with my delivery, a set of sheets were missing, but they had the missing items sent to me immediately and they arrived two days later. The quality of the wool nest is second to none. It is absolutely beautiful first of all, and lovely safe place for my baby to sleep. The face that it all folds down flat means we will hopefully be able to keep it for future children or pass it on. The price of the wool nest is extremely reasonable for the quality of the product and the uniqueness of it. It fits in well with our decor and doesn’t feel out of place in the living room, our bedroom, or the babies room. I had no issues that needed a return or refund, but from my dealing with their excellent customer service, I do not believe this would be any issue.”

“Absolutely beautiful moses basket and carefully produced, with love to detail and georgeous materials. There were a few hickups with delivery, but the customer service was prompt, friendly and helped sort everything out quickly. I can warmly recommend moKee!!”

“All looks great. Customer service was great and it all arrived well packaged. I haven’t opened up all the packages yet as the baby isn’t due till July but wanted to get the excellent Christmas deal. Love their stuff!”

“I was kept up to date with my order and was able to change the delivery date with the courier to suit me. The items arrived in good order and seem great quality so far. Baby not due until March so still to be fully tested!”

“Happy with quality of items given. I bought during the boxing week sales which meant I had 15% off and gifted extra items depending on how much you spend. I got a muslin cloth, blanket and a cot bedding set included! All items seem quality. Baby isn’t born yet but not long left... can’t wait to use it. I noticed the discount wasn’t applied after I made the purchase and I contacted customer service to ask them. They sorted it out straight away and their response was quite fast.”
