“Great cot. Looks nice. Baby is happy in it and sleeping well. Very prompt customer service when asked a question about delivery. Took a couple of weeks once ordered but quick delivery when it was ready.”

“Product was as expected, however a slight scratch on one of the bars (not big enough for us to be bothered about returning). Communication with customer services was good, quick and helpful. Especially when we were sent incorrect delivery dates. Cot took awhile (longer than we thought) to assemble.”

It is very important for us to be sure that Customers received perfect and high-quality items and we did everything we could to help! “When we ordered, Mokee had issues with their construction service and because of the heatwave, we had to wait almost 3 weeks. But the customer service handled it perfectly and offer us some sheet! So great cot and customer service: we are really happy !!”

“Products are great. Shame about delivery company (DPD). Waited in for delivery only to receive a text saying the item couldn't be delivered as no one was home. Had to collect from depot myself the following day”

“We brought the Wool nest for our first baby and we have been very pleased with it. He has slept in it since we brought him home and he is now 4 months old It's plenty big enough to last for another couple of months. He is a small baby but quite long. The delivery does take a long time but I found this clear on their website. I also used their online chat which I found useful. It looks stylish and doesn't creak like a traditional Moses basket. We have also taken it with us for a night away and it's light and easy to transport The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is due to the long delivery time”
