“All furniture & tables & trolleys all good apart from 6 bistro 'stacking' tables, which don't stack, but apparently slide together - this isn't stacking! Legs don't match pre drilled holes on the table tops & a 4 legged square table base sent.... Trying to return these, as I don't feel they are as described in the brochure.”

Dear Sheila, Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you're happy with your folding tables and chairs but sorry that you're not so happy with the bistro tables. We're working with the manufacturer to resolve this for you and would be grateful if you could send the photos of the tables they've asked for so that we can get this resolved to your satisfaction. “We found MOGO on the web and the price was competative or would have been beyond what our small charity could afford to pay. A quick phone call established the tables we selected were in stock and with the trolley were available as a bundle, saving us over £100. Delivery was within a couple of days as advised although the 30 minutes call prior to arrival predictably did not happen. Time will tell how the tables stand up to regular use in our village hall but so far we and our users are all pleased.”

“Very Grateful, I needed a folding table urgently for an exhibition which was taking place within 3 days. Working for a Local Authority you can't just pay for things in the normally way you would as a consumer. I called and explained my plight to a member of staff who sorted out next day delivery and organised a pro-forma invoice so payment could be made. Hi Mr Sutton, Thank you for your feedback. Your sample ADV stacking chair will be delivered directly from our manufacturer around 8th September as previously advised on 25th September. They will contact you nearer the time to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you have not received your sample chair by this time, please contact us and we will progress it for you. If you need anything else in the meantime, please let us know.

“I called to check the likely delivery time for an order I was planning to make on line. I needed it delivered before midday the next day. The warehouse was closed for holiday but the person that answered the phone went to check if she could easily put her hands on what I wanted. She found one, organised the shipping and it arrived next day before noon as promised! Very obliging and I would use Mogo again without hesitation!”
