“Very satisfied with the ordering process. The product, a folding table, appears to meet my needs, but I have not yet used it. I would have liked a more precise delivery time e.g. am or pm. When I called to try to get this information, the person i spoke to did all she could to help me.”

“Excellent service from Daniela who took my order and arranged for it to be delivered on 30.9.20 when I knew I would be at home. Unexpectedly it arrived on 29.9. when I was out and it was left with a neighbour so I was unable to check the packaging, as requested. The packaging was damaged (photo submitted) but there was no damage to the table. All this reported to Daniela who was patient and helpful throughout. Instructions sheet would have been helpful. Never used this company before but chose it because I could order over the phone.”

“I chose the 6ft adjustable folding table to use for art/crafts outdoors and in. I had difficulties processing the order through the website and had to reload twice to make it work and even then I was unsure if it had gone through. I contacted Mogo via email and received a response and confirmation the next day which was helpful. The table arrived 3 days later. It was easy to set up and seems quite sturdy. Ready for action.”

“My table arrived on Friday 21st as advised and I am delighted with it. It was well packed, the information was generally good and delivery driver was very good. There should also be a scale of delivery charges and a purchase over a certain sum, should be free. The only important thing that was lacking was any form of delivery tracking. It isn't really helpful to learn that the package will arrive between 8am and 6pm, which is basically a waste of a whole day and isn't normal practice now. What is normal, is being given a delivery slot of say an hour, during which delivery will be made, leaving the remainder of the time free These points are important and will affect whether I decide to make another purchase or purchases in the future. I can't say if the delivery was on time as I wasn't given a time. It was delivered on the advised day”

“We love the design of their Mia 6ft Plastic Folding Table | Fold-in-Half | L1830 x W760mm (6' x 2' 6"). Unfortunately, it came with a couple of manufacturing faults, so from my perspective, it should have never have passed a QA inspection and been shipped to me. I had a number of exchanges with Mogo Direct because the issues were not caused by the courier. We resolved the issues and it was great to work with them (very positive). I just wish they would inspect the tables on their production line. I don't think they get them from China, but I might be wrong? One other improvement I think they could make is to supply the shipping number and their courier details automatically, so that its easy to see where your shipment is via a web link. I asked about these details and they were supplied. It would have been great and worth 5*'s if they had automatically supplied these details.”

“Mogo staff very helpful, trolley well suited to our needs, easily put together although 1 bolt was wrong size but we found a substitute. Also several nuts were supplied which weren't needed. Assembly instructions would have been nice, as would a delivery tracking number.”

“The trestle table I ordered from Mogo was in perfect condition and I'm really pleased with the quality and it fits the purpose and my needs. It was a bit frustating getting a response to my emails concerning the delivery slot - which they finally responded to and apologised. All in all very satisfied.”

“Ordered ZOWN L120 (4' x 2') and it arrived 24 hours later (but expected that after having to pay £10 for courier). I wanted a table that could be a desk and put away. I selected this because it does not fold in the middle and very pleased. The height is good, its a solid, sturdy table and leg folding mechanisms are easy. It's reasonably heavy (which is good IMO). Works fine for me to fold up and store are the side of room/garage. Also will act as a suitable table in the garden when needed for BBQ.”

“We ordered a folding table and the price was good and delivery a reasonable timescale. The box was quite battered and I took photographs just in case but the table inside was well protected and undamaged.”
