“Delivery time for this item was good. The tables are very sturdy, safe and made of durable materials. My only recommendation would be for there to be more colours to choose from.”

“Items ordered, arrived safely, although later than initially expected due to limited stock in the UK. Mogo advised delay and advised on new delivery.”

“Helpful staff, a generally good product. Tables got damaged in delivery though, which was a great disappointment - that's the area to improve.”

“Goods were dispatched for next day delivery. When I had to contact them to say they had sent the wrong item and that is was damaged they dealt with the situation very efficiently and kept me posted about a delay in despatching the replacement item”

“Order process was excellent via telephone, delivery was quick, but delivery process not as good because of the lack of delivery time accuracy , with the palletted delivery given as anytime between 9.00am to 5.00pm.”

“In general Mogodirect was very responsive but we did have a hiccup when the original chair colour choice had changed and it took some time to find out if the original colours were available. I was rather disappointed that the prices had increased quite a lot over the time from our initial enquiry including the delivery charge. They were also delivered pretty quickly and everyone was pleased with them.”

“Pleasure to deal with, would like simpler delivery charges if possible. Shame the deliveries are all on pallet lorries if delivering to domestic addresses but that won't affect most people.”

“Mogo staff very helpful but delivery was a nightmare. We were given two separate delivery dates and it was only after chasing did the delivery arrive and that was on the day after the scheduled delivery date. I am so thankful that I had not waited in specially for the deliveries as that would have meant two wasted days...Karolina was wonderful however and was a pleasure to deal with.”

“My initial contact was a little odd, I asked the lady if I could place the order directly and pay by debit or credit card ( I had all the details / order number of the product I required) and she told me that there would have to be some kind of invoicing system which would be sent to my computer. When the order/ invoice was down loaded I spotted that it said I could pay by debit or credit card. So I phoned, placed the order directly and paid - the table arrived 36 hours later and I am delighted with it, it was exactly what I wanted. My only "beef" is that I could have had it days earlier if the operator had appreciated the many ways an order can be processed and had taken the order, money etc when I first phoned. Perhaps a reminder to staff about these options would not go amiss.”

“Phone ordering service was great, however delivery driver very unhelpful, despite a request to ring half an hour before delivery this did not happen & delivery was left on roadside as he was not prepared to wait for the gates and building to be opened.”

“Telephone sales staff were very helpful, took great pains to make sure things were right. Delivery made on promised date, not yet fully unpacked but everything seems in perfect condition so far.”

“The trestle table arrived on the day requested. A very well made product. The only small problem was minor damage to the table where the packaging was punctured. Maybe sturdier packaging would avoid this”

“An area of development would be to ensure the assembly instructions are incorporated within the delivery. I had to call your office to get details, which they sent, but the details did not contain all assembly details eg how to attach the wheels.”
