“I ordered a lay on sink, with no problems. I was informed when the order had been confirmed. an email gave me an approximate delivery time. Unfortunately the tracking No. wasn't recognised by the courier.”

Hi Mr Neil, I'm pleased everything arrived okay. Thank you for bringing the tracking issue to our attention. The bulk processing software we use to book the couriers doesn't generate a nice clickable link, just the long number. We are working on it! As you only provided a landline on the order you missed out on the text updates as well. I'll see what can be done to improve the communication.
