“I did a lot of research when purchasing our tub and shower screen and Modern Living had the best prices. Then when we purchased our kitchen sink, Modern Living had the best price again! Craig is very helpful and provides great customer service. Very happy with Modern Living.”

“It has been an excellent experience doing business with Modern Living. Competitive price courtesy and helpfulness from all staff especially Craig with whom i dealt most. The quality of the Amtico vinyl is superb and was fitted over old tiles. Kitchen nearly finished will send photo. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Company Yours sincerely Robert”

“Had seen 2 ovens which I couldn't quite make up my mind. The neff I had a brochure and the bosch I didn't, so needed to know a bit more about the bosch oven had tried everything on google but hadn't answered the questions I needed to know. Best price was with MODERN LIVING so phoned up their help line. Spoke with Craig who was able to answer all my questions. I decided that the bosch oven was the better buy for me. Placed the order online about a half on hour after my phone conversation. As soon as the purchase was made I received a phone call to tell me they had the order and when it would be delivered. I also had confirmation by e-mail stating it had been dispatched and that it would arrive on a pallet. Excellent product. Magnificent service. Thank you”

“" I found Craig who handled our purchase very polite & efficient as he had the answers to any of the questions I raised at his fingertips & as promised the invoice was e mailed to me very promptly\r\n The haulage company A P C Overnight were also very good ,the consignment being delivered early on the designated day.\r\n Unfortunately our plumber. because of pressure of work, won't be able to install the new sink until the end of the month, but there isn't any urgency. "”
