“I got a phone call to tell me when the shipment was being made and as promised it was delivered on the said day and within the time period given. Product which is an Overhead Extractor Fan is excellent. Will definitely use Mordernliving again.”

“Excellent product went to see Craig about some marks and he instantly exchanged for me and the marks were not even marks would have cleaned off. I would definitely recommend using Modern Living a hidden gem in Bradford”

“Bought a six burner (double WOK) glass hob unit. Put it on pre-order as website said stock early january. Rang on 14th Jan to be told it would be in the port on 17th Jan. Arrived at my home on 20th Jan. How nice it is to deal with a company that provides clear and honest information with no flannel. They did exactly what they said they would do and for that I applaud them. I have unpacked the hob to check it is all in one piece and all appears OK, however, will not be installed for a few more weeks yet as we are waiting for the worktops to be cut and fitted. I shall write a review on the product in due course, but for now I feel it only fair to give Modern Living a pat on the back!”

“As a first time customer I was curious but cautious of this site as it’s not the most user-friendly design and doesn’t allow for PayPal/Amazon etc purchases, however both the pricing was competitive and the delivery was incredibly fast. I’m happy to recommend and will be using it again for further kitchen refurbishment purchases.”

“Very fast efficient service. Great price for my purchase. Unfortunately goods arrived in a damaged box but Modern Living were on the case from the start, even setting aside another microwave in case the one I received was unusable. Due to the carrier's mishandling of the goods the box got wet but fortunately the goods were well protected inside the box. All communications with the company were handled very well. I would certainly recommend this company.”

“This company is the best! The on line and telephone service is excellent - prompt, thoughtful, personable and accommodating. Delivery is by fast courier and at a free to reasonable price. The price of appliances and fittings for our kitchen refurb. was best available on line. We needed to swap out a sink we had ordered preferring a smaller version and this was no trouble for Modern Living. Well deserved 5 stars - would have given 10 if possible!”

“Can't fault anything - two sets of taps as described, delivered promptly and competetively priced. Choice of courier good too - compared to other deliveries I've had recently, their tracking is good (via a map) and delivered when specified.”
