“I had ordered more door casings than required, Moda rang me to inform me, talked therough the order so it was correct which saved quite a bit of money. They could have just sent it as it was my fault but excellent customer service. The casings and doors are of a good quality and delivery was very quick. I would recommend them to others.”

“Thank you for your service , however one of the doors had a slight indent on one of the glazing bars probably caused by fork lift truck contact by XL joinery and impossible to detect until fully unpacked. I wrote on the invoice that it was received unchecked and did not want the hassle of returning it , I explained this to the customer and felt it was well packaged but cardboard v metal is not a contest . This is not a criticism of MODA doors however.”

“Very pleased with whole process - from ordering to delivery. Very clear and easy. Given date and time of delivery and both were quick and accurate. The door is of good quality - exactly as seen in the advert and according to product description. Specification is very good. Thank you. I have already passed on details of the company to others. One who was impressed when they saw my door and another who needed reliability and high standards. You have excelled in all aspects!”
