“Very happy with my scooter love it but unfortunately there was a little damage when I received it was told by the person that delivered that it would be taken care of he took pictures and 3 weeks later still waiting and the rain cover I paid for I was told it was the one for my scooter and don't fit”
“Service good. Wheelchair was compliant with regulations but wasn't in very good condition. Brake handle cover missing leaving rod exposed and dangerous . Ambulance driver was reluctant to use as going past close he caught his leg.”

“I purchased a Rehasense Space LX rollator from the Loughborough store. It is a brilliant piece of kit. I have taken on a new lease of life as a result. The gentleman holding the fort was supposed to email me with the prices of Rehasense accessories for my rollator. He didn't, hence a score of 4 stars instead of the full 5. I have every reason to believe that the lady I spoke to today, the usual store manager, will sort this out fairly quickly. She assured me she would. Other than this, I am very pleased with my rollator and the service I received from this store. I would definitely shop here again.”
