The gentleman holding the fort was supposed to email me with the prices of Rehasense accessories for my rollator. He didn't, hence a score of 4 stars instead of the full 5. I have every reason to believe that the lady I spoke to today, the usual store manager, will sort this out fairly quickly. She assured me she would.
