“Was not impressed. The service provided was riding up and down the street a couple of times. Where he found out it was randomly cutting out and making a grinding noise. He told me not to worry about either and that taking it on a good run will sort it out. He did no actual service work, charging £75 then leaving.
After following the service engineers advice I found myself stranded for over 2 hours before I could be rescued, when the scooter cut out and wouldn't start again. So now I have booked it in for a service elsewhere to get a proper person to service it and actually look at the problems it clearly has. Including the obvious wiring issue that causes a short when turning right.
The £75 service was a complete waste of money, nothing was actually done. No testing of breaks or suspension, not testing of lights, indicators, horn. No parts lubricated, no tire inspections, no proper wiring checks, no parts cleaned up at all. I can not recommend this company at all. And the new company I am taking it to were appalled to hear the service I received.”
“A great store with a range of products of all types making choice easy with the ability to try out options. Extremely friendly staff with absolutely no sales tactics what so ever just sound advice great product knowledge and space given to discuss things with family. Price options provided and questions answered and actually a good laugh and joke too. I was so happy that we returned to the shop a couple of hours later part exchanged my existing machine and made a £3300 purchase of a new power chair. Having the store local to me with great parking and in an easily accessible location is a real confidence boost. I feel honestly that I would be welcome just to pop in and chat anytime. Great lads in that shop so helpful. Top marks and very highly recommended.”
