“I went in to ask to replace the sear and basket on my walker. Parts of it are guaranteed for 7 years. Firstly the staff were unsure if they could be replaced and I pushed and said why would the frame be covered but the rest can’t be replaced and paid for???? The staff did get the parts for me and I arranged to go in on my lunch break on the Monday. I went in and the person that was supposed to be fitting it wasn’t there!!! Luckily there was someone else who could do the job. However I strolled back to work and the parts kept coming off!!!! Unhooking and not staying in place. I’ve actually had to superglue the new parts to the walker so very poor quality replacement all for £65. So overall I’m not really impressed. The staff are nice enough but the quality is shocking. I shouldn’t have to be considering purchasing a new one when it’s not even 2 years old with another 5 years left on the guarantee. I did not feel like I could go back in to complain. Not particularly impressed to be honest … maybe it’s because the replacement was only a small purchased compared to buying a whole new walker. Could do better!”
“The level of service at the Rugby store to get the repair done was poor.
First engineer came out, wasn't sure, said he'd research heard nothing back chased and chased. Finally another colleague from another store took over, after overhearing the call and arranged another engineer visit and a few weeks later the repair was done, the whole thing took about 6 weeks.”

Technicians were prompt to deliver and set up reclining chair but they failed to tell me there is a battery backup that required batteries to be inserted in case of power failure.”

So I rang the shop and Adam said no problem bring it back I will change it! That was fine then last week I needed another tube so I went to your shop and got another inner tube but it cost £15.00 why?
