“Very very helpfull and advising was a bit disappointed that wen I went to collect it. It had put back on display and had been used by others for sale promoting. The key hole had bin scratched around it and the charger wasn't in a box was just given to us and had obviously been used. Also when we arrived the battery for it was on another vehicle. I love the scooter I have no complaints but expected it to be kept away from.others as at over 2000 pounds it's to be expected it would be in brand new state . “Purchased a rollator in red, gave to my mum for Christmas, after she had practiced with it outside I noticed that the brake cable protector has a slit in it.
I haven’t contacted shop as it’s only small and we have used item.
The man in shop was very helpful and friendly and explains everything thoroughly”
“Excellent staff and service. Took their time to explain different options and designs. Only reason for not giving 5stars is the lack of customer toilet facilities. Given we were there a long time trying out different chairs, my elderly disabled parents need frequent comfort stops but, none were available for customer use.”
“Really nice and friendly people. However, previous manager ordered the wrong scooter, and the scooter I wanted could not be found in stock. Stronger batteries were put in new scooter, but it is very sluggish & not good going up small inclines.”
