We then asked about their scooters, they took me through what they had for my weight which is something careco didn't do. They let me try the scooters out for comfort and allowed a part exchange. “After being with a awful company I turned to mobility and lifestyle who have been amazing throughout so supportive and honest., I chose my scooter with their advice which is what I wanted from my old company who put me of it to getting me to have one that had continuous issues. With mobility & lifestyle I also got to have the scooter to try for 24hrs which I never had with my old company. I live in a very hilly town so it’s vital I had a scooter that could cope with them plus get me to the next town. I’ve never had a scooter for 24hrs to test out before and what a fantastic experience it was. Everything from my initial call to receiving my scooter has been amazing nothing is to much trouble any phone calls to them have been a joy so happy when talking with me which is a breath of fresh air as my old company was unfriendly to speak to made to feel like I wasn’t valued. Mobility and lifestyle totally different I can’t rate them highly enough jist wish I had gone to them in the first place. If anyone is looking for a new scooter etc I urge you to give this absolute Amazing company a go I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed and are made to feel truly valued and not a pain like my old company did.
