“This shop has very friendly and helpful staff. The range of equipment is quite extensive and of good quality. I will definitely make purchases here again and highly recommend them.”
“I was extremely impressed with Brad and Declan in the Rugby store of Mobility and Lifestyle. I was shopping for a wheelchair with my Mum and we also purchased one for my Dad too back in August. We got a very warm welcome in the shop and Brad and Declan were extremely patient with us. Mum required a high backed wheelchair on the recommendation of her physiotherapist. Brad’s knowledge of the equipment was excellent and we came away having purchased two wheelchairs for my parents. As I could only fit one chair into my car, Brad and Declan delivered the other chair to my parents care home on their way home and in their own time. I would most definitely recommend this store to meet all of your mobility and lifestyle needs in a very friendly environment.”
“Open plan, airy, premises with goods displayed neatly and organised. Pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They always go above and beyond.”
“I was interested in buying an up to date mobility scooter and to hopefully part exchange my previous one.I was met by two lovely guys who were more than happy to help me.
I had my eye on one in the shop and they offered me a test drive and talked me through the specs.
They were so knowledgeable and helpful and made the process seamless
I was 100% satisfied as I walked out
Would definitely recommend to others”
“I went in to ask to replace the sear and basket on my walker. Parts of it are guaranteed for 7 years. Firstly the staff were unsure if they could be replaced and I pushed and said why would the frame be covered but the rest can’t be replaced and paid for???? The staff did get the parts for me and I arranged to go in on my lunch break on the Monday. I went in and the person that was supposed to be fitting it wasn’t there!!! Luckily there was someone else who could do the job. However I strolled back to work and the parts kept coming off!!!! Unhooking and not staying in place. I’ve actually had to superglue the new parts to the walker so very poor quality replacement all for £65. So overall I’m not really impressed. The staff are nice enough but the quality is shocking. I shouldn’t have to be considering purchasing a new one when it’s not even 2 years old with another 5 years left on the guarantee. I did not feel like I could go back in to complain. Not particularly impressed to be honest … maybe it’s because the replacement was only a small purchased compared to buying a whole new walker. Could do better!”
“I found 2 guys that came to look and measure up the job to be a little unprofessional, as not really sure how it would be fitted. The guy who fitted the stairlift on the other hand was excellent and done a lovely job 10/10”
