One of the questions are delivered on time… no times given only a slot between 8am and 5pm. Surely with technology these days a tracker could be fitted to the vans to give live updates with live travel times etc. this is not a complaint just a suggestion as being a carer I had to loose the whole day waiting for the delivery.
