“I was rather worried about getting used to the scooter, even about talking to the shop staff. I was happily surprised when discussing my needs, as the lady in the shop was amazing. I spent many years training staff who were needing to discuss products either on the phone or face-to-face. I would have been proud to have her on our staff.
