“Found the shop by recommendation as was looking for a specific item. Walked in and immediately greeted in a friendly manner, advised he would be with us shortly. Had a look around and saw the perfect disabled stroller, salesman very helpful, adjusting it as necessary. We bought it and a shower grab rail as well. Very happy with our purchase as it fits in our car better than the NHS standard issue.”
