“I went into the shop to get a new walking aid. Both gents came to me asking if I would like any help, which I did. They were both very nice and had a lovely sense of humour too. They asked if I had any conditions because I would be able to purchase items without VAT. This saved me some money. Also I was given a clip to keep my folding walking stick in place, which i didn't know existed . I would use this store and get their help again. A very good, positive experience.”
