“ModiFit 5mm SBR Neoprene Knee Sleeves Size: L Only been using these for a short time but they seem to reducing knee pain and speeding recovery. Definitely thinking about buying another pair or 2 to rotate through workouts”

“Perfect tape and i had t use for spine and leg. Minutes after using the pain had eased loads however great tip for removing it is to put pour baby oil on tape leave 10 minutes then shower as normal and it falls off so doesnt feel like your having a wax when removing.”

“Excellent, the product has really helped. This a self help process as it is always difficult to get a Doctors appointment. By using the tape on my knee in the way demonstrated on a plethora of You Tube clips I have managed to continue with some light exercise to get the strength back. Thank you.”

“I bought this massage roller to help my back as I have back issues. I have only just started using it but it seems to be money well spent, as far as I can see! It's a great idea and saves you a fortune on professional massages! I think my husband might try it for his hip pains as well.”
