“The lifting belt was made very well and gives good support, delivery was very fast and I’m pleased with the product, the only query was the buckle system as it was quite hard to undo it when you had put it on”

“First off quality VS. cost is fantastic. Ive brought multiple items and each one has surpassed expectations. Mobility Tools is my new go to store for all weight lifting / training items. Second, customer service is spot on. Super quick and detailed response to queries. When I had to get a refund (my mistake not theirs) it went in the day the parcel got to them no questions asked. Use this store, you wont be disappointed!”

Hi Mona Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your new belt. We have already received and dispatched your replacement belt as you had requested to change the size. The belt will be stiff to start with as it is thick leather and thus very supportive. It will loosen over time. The print on the back of the belt you returned appears not to have been applied correctly, but the replacement is printed correctly. Hopefully you will be happy with the replacement and you will be back again soon. Thanks Stuart
