I've dealt with mobility compare before I found the to be excellent from start to final purchase and customer service was very helpful.
Very Good Customer service will recommend to others
Not knowing where to look for a mobility scooter I found this website very informative. I was contacted by people within 24 hours and had appointments with firms wo came to the house with their products so I could make up my mind which scooter to buy. Would recommend this stie to any disabled person.

Not helpful. I only received one phone call offering me a mobiliy scooter which was too heavy. \(I had soecified that I needed a lightweight one. Also I would prefer to receive e mail offers or web links which would enable better comparisons to be made.

My grandparents brought 2 mobility scooters just before lockdown and then unfortunately my grandfather passed away beginning of august. When we contacted Middletons to explain the situation and if we could return the brand new unused scooter due to grandads passing we were told we couldn’t return it and to perhaps consider selling it on eBay!!!! Utterly discussing, pressure selling, money grabbing people. Leaving a newly widowed 88 year old lady in an absolute state of worry as what to do now. You have no morals.

Your actions were very swift to remove the equipment
I never attended the mobility site, but the phone call I made to them was very polite and helpful. And I had the help I needed, so my issues was sorted with a very short but helpful call

Disappointing. I wanted to compare scooters, but when I pressed button for "compae price," all I got was photos of models with no prices. So pretty useless.
