“When our delivery hadn’t arrived we chased it up on the website. We had a prompt reply and the order was chased . We received correspondence from both Miix.co.uk and the supplier and ultimately the product arrived. And we are very happy with the product.”

“Excellent service. The peony supports were just what I have been looking for. I asked a question about the supports and they responded in a couple of days. However, I decided to order before they responded as the supports were such good value. Mix kept me updated with the delivery and the order arrived well packaged.”

“My second purchase from Mix arrived yesterday. In total I've ordered half a dozen or more items. They've all arrived on time or earlier than expected and really pleased with every last one especially the Faux Pampas Grass Stem which is simply stunning. Beautiful quality. Third order coming up !!”

“I have found the Malaga 2 Seater Stacking Bistro Set excellent and everything I hoped for going on description and image. it was out of stock at the time I odered but arrived during the period I was told it would be back in stock I received a phone call from the delivery company. They arranged delivery 4 days later. Pleased to say it arrived on the due date and delivery men were polite, friendly and cheerful.”
