“These towels were a very good price and they say they are 100% cotton but I’m not convinced. They are not as absorbent as you’d expect from cotton and they have also pilled very slightly so I suspect they have a little bit of polyester in them. I’m disappointed”

“unfortunately the shed wasn't what we expected.it took four people to assemble and the holes for screws were either not drilled through properly or wouldnt match up no matter what we did. we followed the instructions which werent easy to follow and found it to be not of the quality we expected. All told i'm glad i had my dad there as he knew what to do as he had to drill extra holes otherwise the roof would have leaked.”

That's certainly not the way we want our orders to be delivered to our customers. From the tracking information, I can see that your order was delivered on the 5th of May, I can't see any previous contact about your order arriving in a damaged box or if there were any damaged items within - I'm hoping it's just the box.
