“I ordered a electric fire on the 5th of February, it came a couple of days later, we installed it on our living room wall, i was really happy with it. A couple of days later it went off and wouldnt come back on. Ever since i have been trying to contact customer services to get a replacement or my money back, i havent spoken to anyone yet and its been nearly 3 weeks. I email them and get an automated message back saying someone will contact me in 1-3 days, when i ring up, its an automated message that says know one is available to speak. This is a last resort as i am fed up of waiting for a reply”

Hi Clare, Thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and it was delivered within the informed delivery timeframe. The confirmation email was sent when the order was placed on the 24th of June. The dispatch email with the courier and tracking information was sent on the 25th. The estimated delivery date for your order was the 27th of June. The courier tracking has proof of delivery of the parcel being accepted at the address on the order on the 27th of June. This has been cross-referenced with the street view and the GPS also confirms the location of delivery.
