“Lovely scent but unfortunately the bottles have a weak spray resulting in not very much coming out. I was advised my two bottles were probably from a faulty batch”

Thank you for your review. We passed your feedback on to the supplier who advised us that they sell hundreds of these products and have not had any complaints about it so maybe this was a faulty batch. I apologise if this was not the response you were expecting. We received an email 8 days after delivery stating that you are not complaining and that you can decant into one of your other bottles and that you thought you would bring this to our attention. As your email had a resolution to the issue, there was nothing else that we or the supplier could have suggested. With this now being brought to their attention, they should investigate internally.
