“Lovely scent but unfortunately the bottles have a weak spray resulting in not very much coming out. I was advised my two bottles were probably from a faulty batch”

Thank you for your review. We passed your feedback on to the supplier who advised us that they sell hundreds of these products and have not had any complaints about it so maybe this was a faulty batch. I apologise if this was not the response you were expecting. We received an email 8 days after delivery stating that you are not complaining and that you can decant into one of your other bottles and that you thought you would bring this to our attention. As your email had a resolution to the issue, there was nothing else that we or the supplier could have suggested. With this now being brought to their attention, they should investigate internally. “I love my new Poppy Forge gothic arch. Ordering and delivery via Mix.co.uk went perfectly. The arch is so easy to assemble, good quality and worth the money. It was quite hard work getting the spikes into the ground because our soil is tough (heavy clay) but we did it and the arch looks fantastic.”

“We saw the picture ‘Just the two of us’ in a garden centre and both loved it, but not the cheap grey frame which was scratched. I found lots of hits when I googled it but Mix who were supplied by Camelot Pictures (Trade only) won. It arrived very very well packed within the time scale given, beautifully framed as the online photo showed, and is now hung up to celebrate our 30th anniversary.”

“I am so happy with my purchase, it actually arrived a day earlier than expected which was better for me. I ordered a flat pack bedside locker it looks really good in the bedroom. It took me a while to build as I have never had a flat pack before I am pleased with the finished result.”
