That's certainly not the way we want our orders to be delivered to our customers. From the tracking information, I can see that your order was delivered on the 5th of May, I can't see any previous contact about your order arriving in a damaged box or if there were any damaged items within - I'm hoping it's just the box. “Very pleased with the barbecue, fit’s perfectly were we wanted it to go.the only down side is, it became very unstable when taking the wrapping off, plus not enough adhesive.maybe you need to look into.”
