“I ordered a electric fire on the 5th of February, it came a couple of days later, we installed it on our living room wall, i was really happy with it. A couple of days later it went off and wouldnt come back on. Ever since i have been trying to contact customer services to get a replacement or my money back, i havent spoken to anyone yet and its been nearly 3 weeks. I email them and get an automated message back saying someone will contact me in 1-3 days, when i ring up, its an automated message that says know one is available to speak. This is a last resort as i am fed up of waiting for a reply”

“I'd never heard of the company before so was a bit dubious about ordering having fallen foul of a fake website in the past, however I can't fault a thing with Mix.co.uk! Delivery was quick and reliable, kept informed from ordering to the parcel being delivered to my door. “My old tumble dryer broke down and to get it fixed was going to cost slot ,so I went on line and found a 6 kg tumble dryer with the company Mix &co I ordered it on the Monday and it arrived 3 days later ,and great value for money ,and a great company to deal with ,very professional and great communication ,I know where to go next time”
