Really disappointed by their customer service. Ordered something over two weeks ago, they put the wrong address on it and as yet I've still received nothing. The delivery company have been a far bigger help. They tried to send it to my house however the Shabby Store got it re-directed back to them. Unbelievable. Over two weeks, they have my money, I've no good and my emails aren't being responded to. Luckily I paid with PayPal, I'll be opening a dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Wouldn't use ever again... Waited 6 or more weeks ..had to keep ringing them to get info on chairs ... Bad service ... Customer service very bad

I have really struggled with this store. I ordered an item online and payment was taken on the day. I waited an extra week after the expected time for shipping confirmation which I then had to chase up with 2 emails and phone calls (which go straight to answerphone and no one ever rang back after leaving my name and number 4 times in total during the process of trying to figure out where my order was). Finally got a response which gave me another date and then the order was still not delivered until a week later. The item arrived and was faulty (corner was broken off). Still awaiting my money back and collection of the faulty product. The whole process has been a nightmare and although the products are different and lovely, I wanted to warn people who might be spending a lot of money on this site of the problems I've encountered.

Terribly shabby service. Order was not as expected so the agreed to give me a refund. Item was sent back via DPD. No response in my refund after chasing many times. Had to raise with PayPal to get the refund. Stay away from ordering from this company. It’s not exactly cheap goods that you can afford to just write off especially during these challenging times. One sentence sums it up... Shabby by name - shabby by nature.

Stay away!!First time dealing with this company and super fed up. They did not have the item in the stock yet they sold it to me beginning of June. It’s mid-July and I’m still waiting for my refund. Yasmin supposedly requested it for me but still nothing and she doesn’t respond to her email. It’s not worth the headache so I wouldn’t bother with this company if I were you.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. I will never ever order again. It's taken over a month to get a refund and all I get told is wait another 24 hours. For such a small business this should not be an issue. Regardless of the current situation, waiting this long is now unacceptable! No doubt the refund will be wrong and fail to refund me the postage too as the item never even got dispatched. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed an order with Shabby Store after I saw their ads online. I was told delivery was Mid May but I didn’t receive any delivery so I sent them an email and they told me my order will be shipped the following week and when I got my delivery the most important item which was the white piercing Jar was missing so when I contacted them again I was told due Corona Virus the Supplier was not able to meet their demand but Why was I not notified that the Jar was not included and they asked me to wait for another 2weeks at this point I just want my money back. I was told again the account department will reimburse me but am still waiting. This is my first experience with Shabby and it will definitely be the last . Now I see justification for all the bad reviews. Still waiting for my money back.

The deliveries of the jars were slightly set back due to on-going issues caused by Coronavirus, the jar you have ordered would have been shipped separately for you as soon as it arrived into stock. I’m also sorry for the delay on receiving your refund, we are currently working with a reduced team due to Covid, and everyone is doing their best to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ordered before lockdown, items were meant to arrive before lockdown, items didn’t but was assured that items were succoured ready, these items still shown in stock online, now not in stock till July “what happened to my jar sat there with my name on it??” Mirror not sent separate even though shown in stock... refund asked for now 3 times, it’s now being processed priority 24 hours, yep 5 days on still sat here waiting for the email let alone the money... I fully appreciate the situation at the moment and it’s hard but this company is willing to take peoples money with actually no clue if they can supply the goods and will carry on doin so AVOID AT LEAST FOR NOW

I placed an order on 8th March 2020, for the amount of £505.75. On the 9th March I was told most of my order was out of stock and they had no idea when the remainder would be available. It was agreed that I would receive a refund. After 3 weeks I still hadn’t received my refund, I telephoned and miraculously I got through and spoke to a lady called Leah. Leah was apologetic and said she didn’t understand why I hadn’t received my refund and said it was her female manager who had originally authorised it. She was going to raise this as a priority with her other manager (male) and I would receive it ASAP. It is now the 15th April and I still haven’t received my refund. I have left numerous voicemails and written to this company to no avail. I would strongly urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to do so with extreme caution as their customer service is absolutely appalling.

Absolutely furious. I placed an order weeks ago and since the order confirmation, have heard nothing. I have called, emailed and left messages on facebook. NOT ONE RESPONSE!!!!! DISGUSTING service.

I placed an order in January and I still haven't received it. Every time I call I am assured that I will recieve it the following week, this seems to be a standard response. I have been told numerous times that my delivery charge will be refunded but it hasn't. Sometimes when I call customer service the voicemail tells me to call back between Monday- Friday 9-5, even though I am calling between these times. This is extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise people to call and make sure the item they want is in stock before placing an order with them.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in November last year and had to chase them up for part of my order. Another part of my order was meant to be delivered in January and I did not receive. I was informed that the products would be in February so I asked for a refund. This was 11 days ago and I have still not received my order. I am going to be taking this further and reporting this company. Never ever again will I order from this company

Ordered a console table on 24th Feb 2016 and delivery was meant to be 2-8 working days. Received an email confirming order but no further updates. Today is 9th March and still no delivery. Phoned last week and was told delivery on 7th March but nothing. Phoned on 8th March and was told they would look into it as they were not sure if the courier had attempted delivery or not- how can you not be sure. I was told u would hear back before the end of the day but heard nothing. This morning decided to cancel my order as I do not believe I will ever receive it. Very poor service. I am a homewear blogger and I buy a lot of furniture online and have never had such poor service from the likes of way fair/jossandmain etc . I will be doing a full review on my YouTube channel about this experience.

I would never purchase from this store again. The item I purchased was of poor quality, the wood cheap and customer service not customer friendly. I suggest also that as a buyer from an online company such as this you should be wary before buying as returns with this company are relatively costly. I would suggest buying from an online company that allows you to return items for free if you are not satisfied. I was very disappointed with the quality of my item and their customer service. Buyer beware.

I honestly don't know where to begin, ordered three items and they turned out to be the cause of unwanted stress and arguments. The first problem was the order took over a month to arrive, and only then did one item arrive. Which was after 2 phone calls and 3 emails. The second item arrived a week later after again 3 more calls and 5 more emails. The third and final item caused the most problems. When ordered it was in stock and was still in stock online but apparently was out of stock. So instead of notifying me there just continued to let me email and call until I finally received confirmation the item is out of stock. To which I received a gift card instead of a refund. I was a bit annoyed as I asked for a refund but thought okay I will just use it then. The items I ordered did the same thing, said there in stock then apparently are out of stock. So at that point I had a email exchange for a while to try and get that sorted, only to receive another gift card. I made one more final call and was lucky to get connected to Morgan; Who apparently is the only competent member of staff they have. I was happy to finally receive my refund. Over all I wouldn't recommend going through the 2 month battle for a few things. Seriously avoid it's not worth it!

Whilst this is a ‘nice’ mirror. In my opinion it is not worth the price tag. I have mirrors from Dunelm that cost half the price that are of better quality. My mirror arrived VERY well packaged but has scuffs with paint missing, a few dents in the metal surround and the paint used looks like Hammerite. The quality of the reverse isn’t great either. That being said I did keep the mirror, what with the pandemic getting it returned wasn’t an option for me. I was also surprised to find I wouldn’t get my money back and it would be a credit note.

I should have read all the bad reviews before I ordered, they are all the same, including me now. Ordered end of November, two weeks went by and part of my order that was in stock still hadn't been dispatched so I emailed. Got reply saying there was a delay and it would be on its way, had to email again the following week as it didn't arrive when promised. I finally received my long awaited ginger jar but the fact I had to chase delivery myself let it down. Then on to my pre-order items for January, no news from them, checked on the website that they were in stock. They were, so yet again I did their job for them and emailed to ask where my delivery was and this is now a month later, 7 emails later, last two ignored and now trying a PayPal case to get my money back for boxes I doubt I will ever see. I will be warning people to avoid Shabby and clearly people must be getting paid to write good reviews because it's appalling customer service and a complete scam.

DON’T USE!!!! Terrible service terrible company!!!!!! Ordered a clock on pre-order which should have arrived by now. Emailed chasing for delivery to be told my order has been halted due to no stock and delivery won’t be now until at least MARCH!! If I hadn’t of chased they would never have let me know they don’t even have my item. Their website shouldn’t be selling items as per-order if they don’t even have the stock to cover what they’ve sold. Very very misleading. Shocking to see they take your money and don’t fulfil their orders when promised. I also have another order with them and have chased for a delivery date on this with no reply. Spent a lot of money with a Company who have zero customer service and don’t fulfil their orders. If I could make them as zero stars I would. Very very unhappy.

Terrible company to deal with taken the money, ordered the items back in November, still waiting on items number of reason why my things haven’t arrived, COVID etc, finally receive confirmation of order arriving only 1 items turn up. I’m total fed up with this company with very poor customer services buyer beware
