I honestly don't know where to begin, ordered three items and they turned out to be the cause of unwanted stress and arguments. The first problem was the order took over a month to arrive, and only then did one item arrive. Which was after 2 phone calls and 3 emails. The second item arrived a week later after again 3 more calls and 5 more emails. The third and final item caused the most problems. When ordered it was in stock and was still in stock online but apparently was out of stock. So instead of notifying me there just continued to let me email and call until I finally received confirmation the item is out of stock. To which I received a gift card instead of a refund. I was a bit annoyed as I asked for a refund but thought okay I will just use it then. The items I ordered did the same thing, said there in stock then apparently are out of stock. So at that point I had a email exchange for a while to try and get that sorted, only to receive another gift card. I made one more final call and was lucky to get connected to Morgan; Who apparently is the only competent member of staff they have. I was happy to finally receive my refund. Over all I wouldn't recommend going through the 2 month battle for a few things. Seriously avoid it's not worth it!
