I placed an order on 8th March 2020, for the amount of £505.75. On the 9th March I was told most of my order was out of stock and they had no idea when the remainder would be available. It was agreed that I would receive a refund. After 3 weeks I still hadn’t received my refund, I telephoned and miraculously I got through and spoke to a lady called Leah. Leah was apologetic and said she didn’t understand why I hadn’t received my refund and said it was her female manager who had originally authorised it. She was going to raise this as a priority with her other manager (male) and I would receive it ASAP. It is now the 15th April and I still haven’t received my refund. I have left numerous voicemails and written to this company to no avail. I would strongly urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to do so with extreme caution as their customer service is absolutely appalling.
