I am signed up to the subscription box they took money from my account on the 5th of February sent email please wait 10 days for delivery. Well it’s 5th of March next week and still no delivery. I have emailed and get every excuse under the sun I made comments on their Instagram page and they delete them. Last night they promised delivery by the end of the week well it’s Friday again tomorrow and still no email to say it’s on it’s way. They give away free stuff to all these influencers and when the paying public order goods they can’t be bothered to send the items. I am fuming excuse after excuse they e moved warehouse they have to work weekends well I work weekends for my customers isn’t that what you do. Sort it out I if you can’t fulfill orders do not take peoples hard earned money 🤬

I placed an order 15 days ago and had no update so I contacted the customer service team who advised there was a delay with my order, If i had know this when ordering wouldn’t have continued with the order as i am moving so not able to collect the items when they eventually do arrive. I explained this to the team and asked for a refund or if there way anyway to change the address for my order i have since responded to the customer service team 3 times via email, tried calling a number of times and had no response. It shouldn’t be the customers responsibility the chase for an order, find solutions and be left unknown. I feel let down by this company and i will never be using them again.

Oh my god I have just read all these reviews and wow I wish I’d of read them all before I ordered! I waited however long for my order to then open the box and see they’ve sent me firstly the complete wrong item which secondly isn’t anywhere near the price value of what I paid for. I was told the right product would be sent out ASAP. This was 2 weeks ago. So I made a phone call last week to be told it’s on its way and it’ll be with me latest Wednesday. But it’s still not arrived! I feel like Iv waited long enough especially it not being my fault with them sending me the right item. Not impressed

I placed an order on the 2nd of February, waited the recommended 10 working days before contacting them- no response to my email and no item delivered either!! It’s shocking I’ve paid 7.99 for delivery and I have not received my item. It looks like they buy orders individually from suppliers when customers order via them. Will not be buying with them again.

Absolutely shocking service, placed another 2 orders a day apart from each other..... still nothing, was advised 1 item wouldn't arrive until May but the rest of my orders would be dispatched on the 13th February when the umbrella stand came in!!! Didn't arrive, made a phone call to be told, the umbrella stand had just come in and my items would be sent out that day, emailed later that week and to be told today they were waiting for 2 of my further items to arrive into stock ans they would send out to glass jars & ginger jar *(which was the item I was told I wouldn't receive until May) & nothing more on the other items I had purchased!!!! So frustrated is an understatement, if things are not in stock then they shouldn't be taking your money, and £7.95 for delivery within 10days..... absolute joke of a company, will definitely not be giving them one more penny of my money & I will make sure to tell people to be aware of this shambles of a company which is an absolute shame as they look like they sell some lovely things!!!

Shocking company..they take your money for goods advertised as in stock and do not keep you updated on the progress of the order. They answer e mails eventually with nothing but ridiculous excuses. I am still waiting for an order placed on 27th January and really have given up ever seeing it.How this company are still operating with such disregard for their customers is beyond me.

I have spent over £400 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my items to be dispatched. They have not offered me a discount or any money off my purchase. Very disappointed

Very disappointed with the service -or rather lack of - from Shabby Store. Ordered goods on 26th January and still not received. I approached the company after 10 working days to be told the delay was due to covid, Brexit and snow. That was on 10 th February. Since then I’ve emailed twice, tried unsuccessfully to get a response on their phone and been unable to access the help bot. But they have debited my account. Poor experience - I will also be contacting Good Housekeeping Magazine, to relay my dissatisfaction, which was where I first heard about the company.

Ordered £150 worth of items on 31st January 3emails later had delivery today of only part of my order!! Have just emailed again to see if/when I will be getting rest of my order .not impressed at all !! Had email saying order had been delivered when I haven’t received all of it!! Email and invoice of what I have received below!!

Do not use this company!!!! I have read so many reviews from customers who have had the exact same experience as me. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and it has still not been despatched. Ive had one response from the company where they advised it was delayed due to covid, brexit and snow. Not sure how these excuses are relevant when an order hasn't even been processed. Terrible customer service - avoid at all cost!!!

Placed an order on 27th Jan for 3 small items and had to pay £7.20 for delivery within 10 working days. Order still hasn't been dispatched and when I chased it up with the company they advised it was delayed due to covid, brexit and snow. Still not received the order nearly a month after placing it! I won't be using this company again.

Placed a order the 7th Feb still no sign & I have only ordered small boxes. I understand the £7.20 delivery fee but for £7.20 and your still waiting 2 weeks later with no sign. Asked for full refund including delivery fee as my items quite obviously havnt been dispatched

Still waiting for a order placed early January.. after Confusion with dpd I was told my order will be dispatch by the end of last week , Emailed over 24 hours ago and still no reply, so frustrating to have no response

I ordered a pre order white jar and boxes paid for them in November for delivery January I heard nothing till I chased the store and the order was again delayed so I suggested I have a refund as I could get the items elsewhere I didn’t receive a positive response on this but was told they had been delayed Ive recieved the order today and there is only one item in the box The white boxes are there and no white jar !!!! Beautiful items poor service Would not order again from this company

I honestly don't know where to begin, ordered three items and they turned out to be the cause of unwanted stress and arguments. The first problem was the order took over a month to arrive, and only then did one item arrive. Which was after 2 phone calls and 3 emails. The second item arrived a week later after again 3 more calls and 5 more emails. The third and final item caused the most problems. When ordered it was in stock and was still in stock online but apparently was out of stock. So instead of notifying me there just continued to let me email and call until I finally received confirmation the item is out of stock. To which I received a gift card instead of a refund. I was a bit annoyed as I asked for a refund but thought okay I will just use it then. The items I ordered did the same thing, said there in stock then apparently are out of stock. So at that point I had a email exchange for a while to try and get that sorted, only to receive another gift card. I made one more final call and was lucky to get connected to Morgan; Who apparently is the only competent member of staff they have. I was happy to finally receive my refund. Over all I wouldn't recommend going through the 2 month battle for a few things. Seriously avoid it's not worth it!

I should have read all the bad reviews before I ordered, they are all the same, including me now. Ordered end of November, two weeks went by and part of my order that was in stock still hadn't been dispatched so I emailed. Got reply saying there was a delay and it would be on its way, had to email again the following week as it didn't arrive when promised. I finally received my long awaited ginger jar but the fact I had to chase delivery myself let it down. Then on to my pre-order items for January, no news from them, checked on the website that they were in stock. They were, so yet again I did their job for them and emailed to ask where my delivery was and this is now a month later, 7 emails later, last two ignored and now trying a PayPal case to get my money back for boxes I doubt I will ever see. I will be warning people to avoid Shabby and clearly people must be getting paid to write good reviews because it's appalling customer service and a complete scam.

DON’T USE!!!! Terrible service terrible company!!!!!! Ordered a clock on pre-order which should have arrived by now. Emailed chasing for delivery to be told my order has been halted due to no stock and delivery won’t be now until at least MARCH!! If I hadn’t of chased they would never have let me know they don’t even have my item. Their website shouldn’t be selling items as per-order if they don’t even have the stock to cover what they’ve sold. Very very misleading. Shocking to see they take your money and don’t fulfil their orders when promised. I also have another order with them and have chased for a delivery date on this with no reply. Spent a lot of money with a Company who have zero customer service and don’t fulfil their orders. If I could make them as zero stars I would. Very very unhappy.

Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would never order from here again. I received 3 glass & gold storage jars on the day they arrived I notice they were dented, scratched and marked so I IMMEDIATELY emailed shabby store to notify them of the issue. Had to wait a few days for a reply but thought I’d give them a few days due to Xmas. I got a reply which stated ‘they wanted to see some images’ which I then sent.. waited and waited no reply. So emailed again and again ... got a reply they would give me a small percentage of the total price back. I explained to them I wanted a refund and was well within my rights to do so.. STILL HAVE HAD NO REPLY after a further 4 emails . After 4 weeks the issue has not been resolved. It’s truly disgraceful a company with such a good ‘reputation’ are behaving in such a way and going against trading standards and the law for faulty items. PLEASE BE WARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY WHAT A TOTAL SCAM.
