THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY, they take your order, take your money and don’t deliver anything or return your money. They promise refund but don’t deliver…. PLEASE DONT FALL FOUL OF THEM. I

Regrettably the Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby went into administration, however The Rug Seller have now taken ownership of the company. We have now started trading and to hoping to build stronger relationships with our customers. We have access to the customer service inbox, so sending a courtesy email to inform of this, but unfortunately, we are unable to answer, view or action any enquiries regarding existing or previous orders as we do not have the facilities to locate these details and therefore cannot take further action. You may have received an email previously advising of the administration of the company and who to contact regarding any unresolved queries. We would advise to contact your bank to make a chargeback where possible, alternatively you can contact the administrators "Inquesta" who will work to return what balance may be owed from the sale of the business following administration. Unfortunately there’s not a 0 as this company is a JOKE! Do NOT order from them!! My supposed Black Friday order still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service is awful- Reu really haven’t got a clue! I thought I was the only one but after reading the other Reviews I’m slightly worried that my order will never arrive!!!

Dreadful company my order turned up broken reported it to the customer service team and I'm still to hear when I'll receive a replacement if I will at all... will be disputing with my bank now.

Absolutely disgusting and Shabby that’s about right….service!!! I ordered a gift on the 5th of December and this has still not arrived it’s disgraceful service!!!! I got an email on the 21st Dec saying it had been dispatched 6 days later I’m still waiting I feel anyone who puts good reviews on probably works for them I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Like others, I placed an order from the supposed Black Friday sale, and, despite numerous emails (a couple of which were responded to), no sign of the item a month later. Gave up finally and disputed the transaction through my bank and got my money back. Very disappointed as the website looks amazing and I thought I'd found my dream shop. The fact that there's no telephone number for contact should have rung alarm bells. Beware purchasers!

Do not order from this company . Been waiting since 11th November for my order . Contacted them a few times and keep getting told order will be with you in a few days , nothing has arrived . Wished i had read the reviews before ordering .

Poor customer service , long delivery times. I ordered a coffee table which was delivered damaged and the rest of my order was missing. I have emailed several times with no reply , until finally today I was told they can collect the damaged table tomorrow but can not confirm when I get a replacement? It’s an absolute joke and the rest of my order is still missing.

I placed an order on 28th October that was to be delivered within 15 working days. I still haven't received the item. I have sent numerous emails which don't always get answered. The ones they have responded to say the item will be with me by the end of the week but it never arrives. I have requested a refund which has been refused as the order has been processed. I have been told to return the item when it arrives to get a refund. The item is overa month late and there's still no sign of it. I have put a complaint in with my bank to claim a refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased three items on 17th November shown as in stock and ready for express delivery on the 19th November. Its now the 15th December and the good haven't arrived, sent various emails to chase which are either ignored or take days to get a reply that dosn't answer any my questions or requests made. I have been promised delivery on three dates and the good just haven't arrived with no explanation. I have now requested a refund which has also been ignoired. I'm having to get my credit card company involved to get a refund. Says above communication via telephone and live chat this is wrong. The telephone number isn't connected and no eeb chat is available. Don't try to communicate via socal media either as your comments get deleted and don't get answered.

Made several orders , some items ( lowest amount paid for) have arrived LATE , I’m very disappointed with shabby they state 7/10 days it’s now 15.12.21 my order is still not complete , can I get to return my emails NO , I feel this is a scam , sending the less expensive items then nothing…. Can only use one email as the other rejects your email and sends it back , which is suspicious 😒, never in all my life have I ever gone through STRESS like this …..All I want know is all my money back …Angela (Shropshire)No Telephone number

This is fraud company i am every single day contacting them on enail since there is no phone number . They never respond i placed order spend £370 and i have not received anything and they never respond to me never ever and i am still after 9 weeks chasing my money. Please listen to me this is fraud useless company do not buy from them you loose money. The customer service conact do not exist this is real i am telling you. Please dont use this company. They are the worst i am contacting bank and police. Will not give up until i get my money back1 star is tooo good for this place i would never ever wish anyone near this place stay away…..

If I could provide 0 stars I would. We purchased three stools which on arrival looked amazing. Very quickly they have broken and have been deemed unfit for purpose and faulty. We contacted them by email (they no longer have telephone contact) and provided the requested photos. Since then (24th November) no reply at all. I have attempted contact and left feedback on Facebook and Instagram but they have chosen to block me and remove these posts. I am not alone with this. Please choose wisely before purchasing from this company.

AWFUL COMPANY. Awful customer service. No number to phone. Order hasn’t been sent in over a month then the wrong item was sent and it was damaged. Now Can’t get through to anyone to sort and now just being ignored still haven’t received the rest of my £1200 order. AVIOD

Not sure if they are a fraud company as they do not send your items which are costing over £400, they then ignore every email or message sent in social media and will remove any post you write asking where your order is!! Do not order from this company! Having to contact the back to report this!

Customer service is appalling , I’ve emailed , sent messages on social media and no one responds . I’ve been waiting for my order to arrive for over 2 weeks now after being told the first time I got in touch that would receive quicker . I will not be ordering from here again. I should have read the reviews , I wish I did now .
