“Purchased a Model BMW Z4 and presentation display case as a birthday present. The model arrived and was wrapped very nicely ready to be given to the recipient. The Model was received but the free registration plate was missing. I contacted the support team who responded immediately and informed the plate was with the delivery document but unfortunately, this had been discarded. The support team without any hesitation offered to replace the number plate and send me another one even though it was not an error on their part. The model itself is good quality and the service provided was excellent! Very happy would definitely buy again from this company.”
