Minichamps is one of our higher spec model makers and, in our opinion, their models offer a high level of detail for a small scale model and this is reflected in the price. If the model is still in it's packaging/original condition you may return the item for a full refund. We have also contacted you directly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We did make contact with you on more than one occasion to explain that your request for a number plate had not come through with your order - we asked you what plate you would like to add to the order. You reply explained that you would like the order sent with or without the plate as you needed it urgently to give as a gift. As you did not explain what plate you wanted to add, we sent the gift urgently without a number plate as this is what you had requested. As soon as you had received the model, you said that you would still ike the plate and you then gave us details of what that plate should be and we sent the plate to you immediately. We hope you can understand that this was a technical issue we had at the time and we did make contact with you more than once to request the missing details.

“I ordered a Land Rover Defender for my Uncle's birthday and it arrived early enough that I could present it to him. Amazing design, every little intricate detail was there and I was amazed, but what was even better was that my Uncle (Who is a Land Rover enthusiast) was astonished at the detail. I also paid a little extra to have it gift wrapped and bundled in a display stand too, thankfully even the display stand was gift wrapped as well! Beautifully wrapped and a little card was attached to thank us for the purchase. This review however would've been 5 of out 5 stars but unfortunately, the model I ordered did not include the number plate I attached to the order and was slightly disappointed with that. However the model itself was great enough that it didn't really matter. Great product, great design and efficient delivery!”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that the numberplate was not included in the package. Since your order we have identified a problem with our website when a numberplate is requested with gift wrap. We now try to contact all gift wrap orders to see if a numberplate was requested. We can always send the numberplates to you separately, although we appreciate that this is not as nice as receiving them with the gift. We will make contact with you to resolve this issue.

“Timely delivery- great, good quality model which is a fantastic replica of the real thing. My only slight disappointment was the customised number plate. I had anticipated that the number plate would come attached to the model- however this was not the case. I personally found the printed card number plate which is designed to be cut out and stuck on the model to be clunky and detract from the quality design of the actual model. I bought this model for a friend for a significant birthday and the number plate was supposed to be a key feature of the gift. So, overall- apart from the number plate issue the model is well made and of good quality and the delivery service was prompt and reliable.”

“The package was slightly damaged and indented but likely because of how far the trip was, it was no fault of the company. I really really loved the mini models and will most likely be buying more! Thankyou guys!!”

“I received both models, very well packed. But I did not find the identification plate of the model on the base of the Chrysler. For the Buick everything is perfect, the plate was glued under the base in a pocket.”
