Minichamps is one of our higher spec model makers and, in our opinion, their models offer a high level of detail for a small scale model and this is reflected in the price. If the model is still in it's packaging/original condition you may return the item for a full refund. We have also contacted you directly.

“Wow! Was blown away by the model of the KTM I ordered for a birthday gift. Beautifully replicated and personalised with a stick-on number plate. Delivered earlier than expected and in perfect condition. This is the second time I’ve ordered from minimodelshop and I’ll be back again for sure! 🥰”

Thank you for your review of Minimodelshop. You had made contact to advise that you had not asked for gift wrap. We explained to you that it is not possible for us to add items to customer's baskets and charge your card - we do not have any control over what is added to the basket and we do not have access to card payment details, these are processed securely by our card handler; Stripe. The only explanation for this is that you had accidentally added the gift wrap to your basket and not removed it before you checked out and paid for your order. The items and prices would have been clearly displayed in the basket and at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that have been added to orders "accidentally".

“Really good quality! Got this as a present for my boyfriend and he loved it. The only thing that could have been better was the number plate as it had to be cut to size by us and was a bit flimsy but other than that the car was amazing and a really good price!”
